Amazon just dropped this Galaxy Watch 7 back down to Prime Day pricing at $159 (Orig. $300)

Samsung replaced the Galaxy Watch 8 with this year’s series 8 model a few months back now, but the originally $300 model with the 40mm case size is now starting down at $158.99 shipped on Amazon.

This is also $191 under the most affordable Galaxy Watch 8.

The Galaxy Watch 8 does deliver and updated design, but Samsung has clearly abandoned the traditional round case style for what I would call a sort of cushion design, and what the internet seem to want to call a squircle. I like the new model, but if you’re into something more akin to most traditional time pieces, the series 7 is a solid option and one that’s still nearly as high-tech as the new iteration.
