I always use this when I buy something from Apple but ordering the new iPhone 14 was a disaster as the app refused to make a preorder due to a wrong phone number (or format). Missed all the slots available at the store to pick it up on the day of the release because of this fault. Went to the actual Apple store to get help and even they couldn’t make it work and place an order. Now that preorders are more or less done, it has no issue accepting the same phone number and format that I was trying to put in for another purchase. So, in other words, I got punished by Apple because of the possible fault with the system. Not great, Apple, not great at all

Apple really need to review their ordering and delivery process! Ordered new iPhone 15 Pro Max with expected delivery date a couple of days before the end of my 11 night holiday abroad. No problem I thought. Then delivery date was brought forward to a week before I was due to return. Then DPD attempt to deliver the day after I left! They failed then tried again the following day so I looked at options. Deliver a £1,300 phone to the next door neighbour who had just moved in? Well not really as I thought that was a big responsibility so opted to Deliver to a DPD pickup point. Only AFTERWARDS I was told I had to collect within 7 days or it would be returned to the warehouse. From abroad I repeatedly tried to sort it with Apple or DPD but was unsuccessful. It got worse! I took out Barclays finance and now am told I have missed a payment and it will affect my credit rating for something I never received despite Apple assuring me that had sorted it. Never again! Barclays are being very good about it and I have confidence they will sort it whereas I have no confidence in Apple or their delivery company DPD so will stick with my iPhone 13 now for the foreseeable and won’t be ordering again from this App

Traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for the Pro Max 15. Sounds straight forward enough until the third party receive an empty box ! Luckily I’d took pictures of the phone packaged up in a very well sealed box and had proof of dispatch with the weight on it. Had to chase what was going on after 3 weeks of sending my phone back at which point I was asked for evidence of postage, I sent this then contacted chat to ask why they needed it to be told I would be sent a new valuation of my phone ! I rang at this point and was told that was not the case at all and that the box had arrived empty ! This was chased up with the 3rd party trade in partner who after 24hrs honoured the original quote due to the phone going “missing” 2 weeks later I still had not had the trade in value added to my account and ended up paying for 2 phone contracts ! Called to chase this and the third party attempted to restart the whole process again. After several calls whilst on holiday the money was finally sent to my account, however I was also promised a call from the complaints dept which 3 weeks later I have still not received. I expected much better from Apple

funny how apple make it virtually impossible to actually tap on the review part of this reviews section. i wonder why ? typing has become so difficult with this new so called "glass" OS update nonsense. my typing is now borderline gibberish due to this update! so many problems where do you start? you go onto certain apps and buttons that were once easy to access are virtually hiding on another page. in photos now you can't see all th image properly for garbage apple have stuck at the bottom. what's wrong with this company? my words and letters go missing it's not me it's your ******** "new" system. who wrote it and why? sack them. i think my cat could programme a better system. if you see some typos on my review, blame apple. it's not me i haven't suddenly forgotten how to type overnight......
