Skype for Business is a flexible multimedia communication tool that interfaces well with Outlook. Seeing activity status of those you want to communicate with before starting a conversation allows instant messaging or calling later, as alternatives to wasting time listening to ringing followed by a recorded message. When there is a simple way to port contacts from traditional Skype, SfB will be excellent.

Skype for business is the software equivalent of dull stabbing pain. Its bulky and less user friendly than even simple messaging apps. God help you if you login on 2 devices at once or wish to send a photo on your phone. Better off using kik for business. Why on earth do your recent contact conversations appear as multiple instances!! Just keep it under the one contact with a search function and timestamp for messages! Seriously unproductive and time wasting app. Even simple tasks have become a real headache now.Tried to make a video call. The error: "to make video calls, you'll need to change your settings". Wtaf!? I swear Skype for business some kind of social experiment created to test the patience of humanity.It's relentless. It pastes text with the xml along with it.. This isn't a web page, just default clipboard to formatted text. Please kill yourself 😢Oh and no way to show online active contacts? Awesome. Super. So helpful.

This is a fantastic app for staying in contact with work colleagues. Clear audio sound when teleconferencing and has great messaging features with easy access to historical message threads. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an easy tool to keep in contact with everyone at work.
