Yesterday, June 26, I was held by two different Apple Support advisors. Both were just excellent. And both helped me straighten out. The Apple mail function on my iMac computer. It was really very complex. Both advisors dealt with different parts of getting me up with my email. One advisor was in New Brunswick Canada. And the other advisor was located near Charlotte, North Carolina. It really took sessions with two different advisors to straighten the email situation out. I bought my first McIntosh desktop computer in 1987. I get a lot of use out of my computer. Both have a one terabyte hard drive. I use it mostly for business in personal correspondence. It is an important part of my personal well-being. I value the fact that I get support by competent people that you retain as advisors. I also bought the three-year warranty on the new. 24 inch iMac that I purchased in August 2024. I am finding that the software and operating protocol of this newest computer is much mor more sophisticated than the previous iMac unit that I retired. It’s important to me to be able to talk with these advisors by phone. It’s more helpful at this point than going to the website. My family has strong brand loyalty to McIntosh computers.
