Just wanted to let you know I LOVE Pastor Lutzer and he speaks the truth in Love! He has ministered to me in such dark times of my life and doesn’t mince words! Which is so important ! I was in an abusive marriage and my pastor kept telling me, whatever you do, DONT LEAVE! ( meaning don’t leave my husband). My Pastor even told me he thought my husband was a narcissist. So after physically get hit by my husband while on vacation, I left him right then and there! That was the last straw and I knew God would understand the abuse ( emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial and physical) I was enduring and would not expect me to live like that! I know God hates divorce but I also know that God loves me and doesn’t expect me to live in oppression by the hands of a husband that asks God if he can turn me over to the devil. Yes he told me he asked God this. Thank you Pastor Lutzer for speaking on topics that I don’t hear anyone else speaking about. You Pastor are such a blessing and am so thankful that I can go back and listen to prior episodes ! You tell it like it is and I’m truly grateful for you! Keep me in your prayers as I sell my home and plan to divorce him this year. Thank you!

I reluctantly write this review because there are good things about this app, and I wouldn’t want anyone to think otherwise. By and large I have been blessed by the one place app. But those who manage it need to make a few fundamental changes and then the app will be fabulous. the main change is to make it easy to turn off the audio when listening to any program. I have given this app to others, and they have the same problem. The second major fix that would make this app excellent is to insert the options of pausing, playing, jumping ahead and jumping back 15 seconds. The app does this but inconsistently. Some days that features available other days it is not. If these two basic features would work, and work every day, this app would get the top rating I could give it. I’ve used this app for about two years. Three stars is probably a bit too low but four stars would be too high in terms of how well the app functions. Again, I fear this review will discourage people from using it, and that’s not my intent. If you’re looking for an app that allows you to listen to a couple of the best, Bible teachers and commentators available this app has them. Alistair, Begg, and James Boice, are just a few among that group. My hope is those who manage this app can make these two fundamental changes, at least for the commentators/teachers I just mentioned. To me you are showing those who just walking to your church hasn’t been in the church for a long time and they see you reading from a Bible, they know they are getting the true word of God now I want to tell you about a spirit evangelist teacher I respect so much and has filled my heart with God spirit John MacArthur what a teacher everyone should listen to John McCarthy. He has the answer to all men about anything coming from a word of our king and savior, Christ Jesus and to this spirit which helps feel his spirit with the word our king and savior let everyone know and he is at the top of the list you cannot deny it. This app is exactly what I need. The problem is that it's actually poorly executed. It's free, so I'm not really complaining, just offering a some basic suggestions that would make it MUCH better. It needs to take advantage of becoming the main audio app when it is running. I cannot use audio controls on my headphones when listening. It only stops the sermon & starts whatever other audio app was playing last. Not cool. Another problem is that it doesn't take advantage of multi-tasking properly as a result of the previous issue. When going back to the app to I have to restart from the beginning and find my program, then find my place again. It would be much easier if it would just save the state in the background & restart from where it left off. It would also be very nice to have the same number of sermons available as on the website. The playlist is a good feature, but it would be nice to be able to have multiple playlists for different topics. Thanks & God bless.
