personal agenda was more important than the war. I saw a lot of the same type obstruction in support of Afghanistan and Iraq. But as with the book, these obstacles can be overcome with determination. The reason I did not give the book a 5 star was towards the end of the book the the timelines of concurrent projects get confusing.
