    The minimum booking time is 2 hours; however, we suggest using the time you recommended to ensure your Pro Cleaner can complete all the tasks listed below. If you decide to book for less, please let the Cleaner know what areas you want to be prioritized.

    Due to insurance liability, safety constraints and other considerations we do not offer the following:

    • Lifting items weighing over 25lbs (including large furniture)
    • Dusting and/or vacuuming of ceilings / windows / surfaces outside of normal reach
    • Cleaning outside of windows
    • Deep stain removal
    • Cleaning pet messes and/or heavily soiled areas
    • Landscaping and/or yard-work
    • Cleaning of mold and/or biohazardous material
    • Garages and/or patios (aside from basic sweeping)
    • Steam cleaning
    • Extermination (insects, etc)
    • Carpet cleaning
