Lost Progress

I log into candy crush saga on a windows 10 laptop. My progress is saved though Facebook. Yesterday I was playing with no problems on till the afternoon. I lost my progress and friends. I hope this a temporary problem. I have been playing for quite a few years. If I don't get my progress and friends back, I will not be starting over.
