Yellowstone is an American Western drama television series created by Kevin Costner) and his three sons Lee (Dave Annabelle), Jamie (Wes Bentley), Kayce (Luke Grimes) and daughter Beth (Kelly Reilly). The series follows the Duttons as they contend with land developers, Native Americans living on a Reservation near their ranch and more who compete for the land in Yellowstone.

The show deals with politics within the Dutton family and in the greater state of Montana where the ranch, national park and territories are located. Both John Dutton and his adopted son Jamie get involved in the government of Montana. Kayce Dutton is married to a Native American woman, Monica Longspear, which brings about tension between his wife and father, who wants him to remain loyal to the ranch. Beth gets let go from her corporate job and has a complicated relationship with Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), one of the ranch hands.

The second half of the fifth season of Yellowstone starts to unfold on Nov. 10 on the Paramount Network. Costner exited the series after filming Season 5 Part 1. The show has several prequel series including 1923 which stars Harrison Ford, Helen Mirren, Brandon Sklenar and more.
