‘Hacks’ Season 4

If you told me today that I could only carry on watching one currently airing show, with zero hesitation I would look you in the eye and say, “Hacks Season 4.” I might even scream it a la Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) and Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder) in Season 3 Episode 5, “One Day,” where the two women shout from the top of a mountain after getting lost in the wilderness. That’s how confident I am in my answer. There is no show wittier, funnier, or quicker with a joke than Hacks, and I have said that now for four straight years. As evidenced in the most recent episodes, Smart and Einbinder are two of the best comedic players out there right now and the supporting cast of Paul W. Downs, Meg Stalter, and more is just as good. Truly an incredible season so far.
