Bigyromonada is a recently described non-photosynthetic lineage of stramenopiles that at present contains two classes.[2][3][4]
Description
[edit]Bigyromonads are characterized by biciliate cells that feed on bacteria through phagotrophy. They are marine organisms.[2]
