Bug report

Bug description:

The following apis are missing in some win api partitions (mostly gaming or mobile):

  • GetLongPathNameW
  • GetShortPathNameW
  • NeedCurrentDirectoryForExePathW

CPython versions tested on:

3.13

Operating systems tested on:
