Dear All,

My name is Reinaldo Ferraz, from NIC.br (that hosts the W3C Brazil 
Office). Following the Policy for Authorized W3C Translations 
(http://www.w3.org/2005/02/TranslationPolicy) we would like to notice 
you the  intention to translate WCAG 2.1 (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/) 
into Brazilian Portuguese (authorized W3C translation).
