Yep. No spec issue here, AFAICT. Peter was just clarifying that there's
an implementation bug here, rather than a spec bug.

We just need to fix implementations (Blink & Gecko) to match the spec on
this.

To make this more concrete: I've attached a testcase that exercises this
behavior on the Mozilla bug report for this:

 * Presto (Opera 12.16) and IE do the right thing there (showing no red,
and making the second box nice and wide.
 * Firefox & Chrome do the wrong thing (showing red on the first box,
and incorrectly squishing the second box). They need fixing.
