When 'as' becomes a keyword, it is open for use in other syntax, but
it won't be used for decorators (as long as I'm BDFL).  'as' suggests
a renaming (like it does in import and in SQL) or perhaps a type (I've
seen "as duck" in a new vaguely Pythonic language named "boo"),
but that's not what decorators doo.
