[Python-Dev] Deprecate sys.exitfunc?

Care to reword that without the double negative?  I tried and came up with

    That's sometimes a reason to deprecate something.

which seems like you're saying that breaking existing well-behaving modules
is sometimes a good reason to deprecate something.
