[Python-Dev] Important decorator proposal on c.l.p.

In case it wasn't made clear earlier, there's an effort being made to
propose an alternative to the current @decorator syntax before 2.4 hits
beta. For everyone's sanity, that discussion is going on wholly on
comp.lang.python. I figured I'd mention it to those of you who don't
read clp on a regular basis--I should have done so earlier. You can find
