Cristiano Ronaldo fans, don't worry — the legendary footballer has no plans to retire just yet. The Al Nassr star wants to keep playing for a few more years before finally hanging up his boots.
While the five-time Ballon d'Or winner acknowledges that his playing days are numbered, he's focused on the present, motivated, and fully enjoying the games.
Ahead of Portugal's upcoming World Cup qualifying matches in Europe, CR7 was honoured with the Globe Prestige Award at the Portugal Football Globes ceremony. When asked about his future, Ronaldo said, "I want to keep playing for a few more years, not many... I've to be honest. I want to thank all my teammates for everything I've learned from them and from this young generation. We want World Cup 2026 qualification."
