As the child of a musician father, DYSTINCT’s talent and passion seems inborn. At age 18, he produced his first hit with “No Ring Ring”, a single informed by his love for urbano and his Moroccan background. These disparate influences only grew bigger: DYSTINCT’s singing is autotuned to an Arabic scale, he peppers his tracks with Spanish and Arabic phrases and he uses Bollywood samples in his beats.
