A Queens high-school teacher got no jail time after pleading guilty yesterday to sodomizing a 15-year-old female student – who revealed her horrifying secret four years after it happened.
Mark Weisberg, 50, pleaded guilty to abusing the girl over a 10-month period in 1996 and 1997, while he taught at Martin Van Buren HS.
Law-enforcement sources said the teacher and the teen, then a sophomore, had sexual encounters in local hotels and on out-of-state trips.
As part of a plea deal, Queens Supreme Court Justice Joseph Grosso sentenced Weisberg to undergo treatment at a sex-offender program once a week.
