A new survey reveals that nearly 20 percent of men don’t bother to wash their hands with soap after using the facilities in public restrooms.
Women are far more hygienic – only 7.4 percent don’t wash after flushing.
The figures are based on Hunter College students’ observations of more than 2,000 people in public restrooms throughout the Big Apple.
