A teenager testified yesterday that her sister’s former fiancé, then a Brooklyn Democratic district leader, sodomized her while the two watched a pornographic movie.
The 16-year-old girl, who was 13 when the incident allegedly occurred in 2002, told jurors in Brooklyn Supreme Court yesterday that her sister went to a church event Jan. 20, 2002, and left her with Anibal Ortiz, now 41, at the couple’s Brooklyn apartment.
The teen said Ortiz invited her into the bedroom to view a flick – which turned out to be pornographic. She said that while she watched, he sodomized her.
