A pervert who tried to take pictures up the skirt of a teenage tourist in Herald Square was busted last night, police sources said.
The 15-year-old Canadian girl flagged down cops after José Montero, 31, of Summit, N.J., allegedly sneaked up behind her with a camera at 6 p.m. She was not hurt.
Montero was charged with unauthorized surveillance, the sources said.
