A Bronx pharmacy was dealing drugs under the counter, authorities said yesterday.
Cops yesterday bought five bundles of heroin, worth $1,000, from New Pharmacy at 530 E. 170th St., sources said.
The police raided the store and found a loaded 9 mm pistol and $5,000 worth of prescription drugs.
Shailesh Patel, 60, was arrested along with Orquilla Boyd, 50, Warner Boyd and Rafael Biez, both 40.
They are all charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
