Cops are hunting for two men in the senseless slaying of a beloved mother of three who was killed by a stray bullet while attending a party for a slain rapper, police sources said yesterday.
One gunman, who may be an ex-con, complained about the noise and fired several rounds from a 9mm handgun at people attending the party Sunday outside the Stuyvesant Gardens housing project in Bed-Stuy, the sources said.
The second man in the crowd returned the fire, the sources said.
One of the bullets fatally struck Nancy Williams, 27, in the chest.
“I feel bad. I miss her,” said her son, Duvell, 8.
