A Connecticut man was too distraught to talk about the death of his girlfriend who was killed when they were run over by an allegedly drunken off-duty cop, his mom said yesterday.
Dennis Loffredo, 26, suffered three breaks in his leg after a cop from Jersey City plowed into him and Marilyn Feng, 26, in Battery Park City on Saturday as they walked home from a dance lesson, officials said.
