Tim Redding got good and splattered by the Marlins on Thursday night — two inning, eight hits, nine earned runs, grisly numbers in anyone’s league — and every time Redding, Freddy Garcia and Livan Hernandez come anywhere near a baseball you have to suspect that Pedro Martinez‘ pricetag is upped another few thousand dollars.
