A former city hospital worker who was on the run for six years after jumping bail on charges of attempting to kidnap three children and sexually assaulting one of them was found in Holland Monday — and won’t come back without a fight.
Peter Belegrinos, 29, of Queens, was busted on a warrant issued when he jumped his $50,000 bail in 2005. He refused to waive extradition at a hearing yesterday.
Belegrinos, who had worked as a psych technician at Elmhurst Hospital, allegedly accosted three children, ages 9 to 12, in Astoria Park.
Two got away, but he allegedly punched and molested a 9-year-old girl and faces charges including sex abuse and bail jumping.
