Lindsay Lohan is growling at the LA legal system.
The bad girl, who shot a pouty but playful photo with a stuffed bear (and a skull?) for Italian Vanity Fair while under house arrest in January, said she’s been treated too harshly.
“Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see any reason to stay there,” she told the mag of her jailing for violating probation on a 2007 DUI. “I never hurt anyone but myself.”
Lohan, 25, also says she’s looking forward to jump-starting her stalled career by playing the wife of John Gotti Jr. in a new flick.
“In October I’ll begin work,” said the actress, who also pleaded guilty this year on a misdemeanor charge for lifting a $2,500 necklace from a boutique.
