The Supreme Court began its new term yesterday by throwing out a “birther” lawsuit and agreeing to let a Muslim woman sue her California jailers for making her take off her heard scarf.
The birther suit was brought by conservatives who claim President Obama was not born in the United States and is ineligible to be president.
