Cops are looking for two hulking attackers who stole $100,000 in cash from a 50-year-old businesswoman as she left her East Village apartment, authorities said yesterday.
The victim was attacked as she exited her first-floor apartment on East Ninth Street near First Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Monday.
One of the suspects grabbed her from behind and put her in a chokehold, knocking her to the ground, police said.
The men took her purse, cellphone and cash and fled in a Honda automobile.
The suspects are believed to be in their early 30s, both standing about 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.
