Sunday, Sept. 8, is already circled on Odell Beckham Jr.’s calendar.
On Wednesday night, the new Browns receiver tweeted he had seen the 2019 NFL schedule, teasing a surprise to kick off the season.
“Just seen the schedule, it’s funny how God and the universe works…. week 1 surprise 😈😈😈,” Beckham, 26, tweeted.
The Giants are not among the Browns’ opponents next season, so it appears they will be facing MetLife’s other occupants instead.
After Jets safety Jamal Adams posted a photo of himself in Gang Green’s new uniform Wednesday, Beckham commented on Instagram, “See u week one.🤷🏾♂️.”
The 2019 season gets underway Thursday, Sept. 5, when the Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers.
