There are nearly 150 million reasons for New Yorkers to check their lotto numbers.
The single winner of Saturday night’s $148 million Powerball jackpot was bought at a Long Island gas station, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers of 18-21-24-30-60, with the Powerball number 20, were brought from Merrick Gas & Repair on Merrick Avenue. The numbers were on a Quick Pick ticket, according to the lottery’s Web site.
Three others lucky ticket-holders — in Colorado, Nebraska and Ohio — won second prizes of $1 million each, while another $50,000 ticket was also sold in New York.
Meanwhile, Tuesday’s Mega Millions jackpot rose to $79 million after no one won the jackpot in Friday night’s drawing, according to the draw’s Web site.
