‘Bagel Boss’ guy free after psych evaluation — insists cops mocked his height

It was a short stint.

“Bagel Boss” guy Chris Morgan has been sprung from the hospital — after he was caught on camera ranting and raving yet again Sunday near a Long Island marina, then cuffed by cops and taken for a psych evaluation.

Within hours, the 5-foot-nothing Bay Shore resident was released without any charges filed against him, officials said.

“I’m free f–kers,” Morgan wrote on Twitter along with a video of himself listening to the “Cops” theme  “Bad Boys.”

Morgan — whose rant at a Bagel Boss about women rejecting him due to his short stature, and subsequent brawl with a customer, went viral last month — told The Post he landed in the back of a squad car Sunday after patrolling officers saw him bickering with a pal.

He claims he was hanging out on beach chairs near the Bay Shore marina when the friend spritzed bug spray on Morgan’s knee — then dumped soda on him then punched him in the nose.

“One minute he was my friend, now the next minute he’s attacking me,” Morgan told The Post. “I kicked his chair over but basically, that was it.”

But Morgan’s infamous temper got the attention of local cops, and the pint-sized brawler — who was seen on video going berserk — said he became angry that the police didn’t arrest his friend instead.

“I was screaming at them, ‘Why is he not in handcuffs?'” he said.

While in the back of the squad car, Morgan claimed he endured taunts over his small stature from the officers.

“The cop in the passenger goes ‘How tall are you?'” he said. “They made a joke of this whole thing … I got violated and humiliated.”

The cleaning business owner whined that he’s now being unfairly “brutalized” over his latest spectacle.

“It really makes this sick and I’ve seen the clips that are making me out to be an antagonistic monster I’m not,” he said.

Thanks to his viral fame, Morgan is set to box against troubled Mets great Lenny Dykstra in Atlantic City Sept. 28.
