The Giants on Thursday announced a refund policy to their season-ticket holders, stating they will issue full refunds for any games that are canceled and not rescheduled or played without fans at MetLife Stadium. Both scenarios are possible as the NFL sorts through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Season-ticket holders will have the choice for a full refund of their tickets or else an option to apply the applicable amount as credit toward future ticket purchases. Anyone who purchases individual game tickets from Ticketmaster.com will receive full credit within 30 days of cancellation of games or for games played without fans in the building.
This announcement came prior to the release of the full NFL schedule.
The letter also contained this: “We have every expectation that there will be a full NFL game schedule in 2020.”
