Twiggy Smith, 54, is speaking out about how she maintains her “fit as f- -k” physique, attributing her age-defying appearance to exercise, a vegan diet and a healthy dose of self-confidence.

But the mom-of-three — who now shares kinky content on the adults-only site — wasn’t always so self-assured, saying she only came into her own following her divorce in 2016.

“When I was in an unhappy marriage I looked 20 years older,” the sexy mama told South West News Service. “I wasn’t happy and that’s what stress can do — it frays your DNA.”

However, a chance encounter reversed her negative mindset.

“After my divorce in 2016, a photographer invited me to a shoot and so many photographers wanted to work with me [afterward],” Smith proclaimed. “I discovered my love for nude modeling and was given a new lease on life.”

Smith — who hails from Vancouver, Canada — says she’s sharing her story in the hopes of inspiring other moms who have lost their mojo.

“I had no confidence and was very shy,” she recalled. “I had three kids under two at one point. I was the domestic goddess that prepared dinner every day and was also running my own business. I loved that but I’ve since realised I’d lost my self, my femininity and my inner goddess.”

Following her divorce, Smith moved to Los Angeles to focus on modelling, saying: “I began to freelance and booked my own shoots.”

“People told me I would never make it in LA — but I was a 50-year-old booked up morning to night,” she claimed. “One of the photographers told me it was the year of the MILF-pocalypse. We were more comfortable within ourselves and confident.”

The beauty began sharing saucy photos on her Instagram page — but was soon banned because her images were too erotic.

Smith’s son, who is now aged 24, subsequently encouraged her to join OnlyFans, saying it was a space where she’d be free to share whatever she wanted.

“I went on that platform so I could free the nipple and express myself,” she declared.

Smith admits she is “fit as f- -k” and is now giving other women tips on how to look as good as she does.

The mama maintains her physique by training four times a week for 40 minutes and sticking to a vegan diet.

She has a smoothie bowl every morning with oats, fresh-fruit and chia seeds and an evening meal that consists of vegetables, hummus and chickpeas.

However, Smith says it’s important to indulge every now and then and will never say no to a cold beer.

“I’m not depriving myself of anything anymore!” she declared, encouraging other moms to follow her lead.
