ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky in another farting controversy mid-Pat McAfee appearance

The crew on “The Pat McAfee Show” was making a stink after it appeared ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky passed gas live on air. 

Orlovsky was making what seemed like a normal appearance on the ESPN program when all of a sudden a loud noise could be heard as he was talking, which McAfee and his cohorts claimed sounded like a fart. 

“Dan! Dan!” McAfee interrupted as the rest of the on-air personalities began cackling in the background. “Another farting Dan Orlovsky situation just took place.” 

A confused Orlovsky initially thought they were responding to what he had been saying and attempted to go back into his talking point before McAfee and Co. cut him off. 

The analyst tried to understand what had just happened and it took McAfee several attempts to explain before Orlovsky seemed to understand. 

“I did not fart,” he protested after finally realizing what he had been accused of. 

“That’s two times now Dan. This is the Orlovsky thing,” McAfee fired back.

McAfee was referring to an instance in which Orlovsky appeared to rip one on air in the fall of 2022 during “Monday Night Football.”

Orlovsky seemed to sneeze and fart on the broadcast before the Bills’ 41-7 win against the Titans in September of that year. 

The commentator had fun with the viral moment posting to X, “Shoulda never tried to blue cheese…”

This time around, Orlovsky was professing his innocence on the social media app, in a light-hearted way of course. 

“I hate McAfee It was the windshield wipers,” he protested in a post on X. 

The former NFL quarterback is sticking to that story and it’s easy to see how the windshield wipers would be a logical explanation and the weather in the background looked like it was raining. 

For now, the jury is still out.
