Tom Brady’s kids surprise him with heartfelt video before Patriots Hall of Fame ceremony

A special day around the NFL got even more poignant.

Ahead of his induction into the Patriots’ Hall of Fame Wednesday night, Tom Brady’s kids — 16-year-old Jack, 14-year-old Ben and 11-year old Vivian — shared a tribute video commemorating the quarterback’s New England career.

“Hey dad, we’re all so excited to be back in Boston this week,” Vivian reads at the start.

The video, featuring a zoom-like animation on a smartphone, includes a cinematic collage of images from Brady’s six Super Bowl victories with the team and family photos.

Brady’s decorated accolades, such as his three MVP awards, are also featured.

“Most importantly, you are just Dad,” says Ben.

The reel concludes with a sign-off from all of Brady’s family, including his parents, sisters, nieces, nephews and children.

Brady returned to Gillette Stadium in September for the Patriots’ 2023 opener, where he was honored by owner Robert Kraft, who announced Brady would be inducted into the team’s hall of fame — even before the requisite four years of waiting.

Brady will become the 35th member of the Patriots Hall of Fame, joining the likes of Vince Wilfork, Rodney Harrison and Ty Law.

Former Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who orchestrated the Patriots’ dynasty with Brady, is also expected to attend the ceremony.

The festivities from Foxboro are set to begin at 7 p.m. ET.

Brady’s immortalization with the Patriots serves as a foray into his eventual induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which could happen as soon as 2027.

Next, Brady will enter a new stage in his career: broadcasting with Fox.

Brady makes his on-air debut alongside Kevin Burkhardt on Sept. 8 when the Cleveland Browns host the Dallas Cowboys.
