Flavor Flav claims his festive spirit was broken when NBC officials allegedly kicked him out of the Backstreet Boys dressing room at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting in NYC on Wednesday night.
The holiday extravaganza saw a slew of famous faces welcoming in the festive season, including the popular boy band and Kelly Clarkson, who hosted the event.
But despite the jolly cheer the event brought with it, the rapper alleged that he was confronted by security when he was backstage to meet with the Backstreet Boys.
“I feel weird… I was invited to the Rockefeller Tree Lighting tonite and I was escorted to see my boys… THE BACKSTREET BOYS… and we were backstage in their dressing room… security came up to me and said: @nbc Does not want me in this area and I need to leave,” the “Fight The Power” hitmaker, 65, wrote on X in a now-deleted post.
“At the same time… their social media woman came up and asked to capture social content.”
