Fox News is in a league of its own when its comes to viewership, dominating the cable news landscape by broadcasting the 500 most watched shows since Donald Trump won the election on Nov. 5, according to Nielsen figures.
In December, the conservative network commanded the top 400 cable telecasts, with left-leaning MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” coming in 401, the data showed.
Similarly, from Nov. 6 through mid-January, Fox News, which shares common ownership with The Post, secured each of the 500 top cable news telecasts in total viewers.
The Fox stable of shows include “The Five,” “Jesse Waters Primetime,” “Hannity” and “Laura Ingraham Live.”
CNN’s “Election Day America” was the first non-Fox program to break the run, coming in at 507, according to Nielsen.
