Sydney Sweeney takes in Knicks-Nets game courtside — and NBA fans lose their minds

The inter-borough New York basketball rivalry brought out one of Hollywood’s biggest names.

As the Knicks and Nets took to the floor at Barclays Center on Tuesday night, actress Sydney Sweeney sat courtside to take in all the action.

Sweeney, donning a black leather jacket, jeans and black heels, was all smiles as she waved to the Brooklyn crowd, seemingly drawing a large cheer when she blew a kiss to the arena.

The “Euphoria” actress was seated next to her “The Housemaid” co-star Indiana Elle in a blue Brooklyn sweatshirt, and the two were spotted taking at least one selfie together.

Sweeney, 27, was taking in the basketball game just hours after she was photographed in Midtown Manhattan outside in the below-freezing temperatures that have enveloped the Northeast.

NBA fans on social media went nuts over the celebrity sighting.

“Ohhh boy…, Career highs will be set,” former NFLer Chris Manno wrote on X.

“Cam Thomas would’ve had 50 tonight. Remember what he did with Eileen Gu in attendance and with Tate McRae and Olivia Rodrigo courtside at the Lakers game in LA?” wrote one fan.

“OG might score 70 points tonight,” another chimed in.

One fan was confident in their ability to impress the “Anyone But You” star.

“On my life im dropping a 50 bomb minimum if Thibs put me in the game,” they wrote.

One fan, seeming to want a better chance at a high lottery draft pick, was annoyed that the Nets were hanging around with the Knicks.

“These guys saw Sydney Sweeney court side and decided to blow up the tank smfh,” they added.

The Knicks survived and held on for a 99-95 win over the tanking Nets.

As for Sweeney, she is from Spokane, Washington, so there’s little chance he had a vested interest in either team winning, but she did blow up NBA social media for the night.
