The Super Bowl is the largest single entertainment or sporting event in America. And the people of interest surrounding the game aren’t confined to just the field. From players and coaches to broadcasters and entertainers and more, the Super Bowl features plenty of personalities to grab your attention. Here are The Post’s top 59 people to watch around Super Bowl 2025:

Chiefs players

1. Patrick Mahomes: The superstar quarterback keeps climbing his way up the all-time hierarchy, looking to secure his fourth Super Bowl title. But he can also win his third straight — something not even Tom Brady, or any quarterback or team, has ever done.

2. Travis Kelce: The Chiefs’ heartbeat might be starting to slow down, but he still remains one of the best tight ends in the NFL. His popularity has sky-rocketed since he started dating Taylor Swift.

3. Kareem Hunt: The running back got a second chance with the Chiefs earlier this year because of Isiah Pacheco’s injury, and Hunt has capitalized. The Chiefs cut him in 2018 after video surfaced of him pushing a woman to the ground and kicking her. He subsequently joined the Browns and was suspended eight games for the incident, though he did not face criminal charges.

4. Xavier Worthy: It’s as if the speedy rookie receiver was made in a lab specifically for the Chiefs. He set the 40-yard dash record at 4.21 seconds at the combine in April, and the Chiefs then traded up in the first round to draft him.

5. DeAndre Hopkins: The Chiefs acquired the longtime star receiver from the Titans midseason, and in his 12th year in the league he is playing in his first Super Bowl. He has been named to three All-Pro first teams, two All-Pro second teams and five Pro Bowl teams.

6. Creed Humphrey: In his fourth year after the Chiefs drafted him in the second round in 2021, he has emerged as a staple and pivotal piece in the middle of the offensive line. He was named to an All-Pro this year and was graded as the best center in the NFL by Pro Football Focus.

7. Chris Jones: The stud defensive tackle was named an All-Pro for the third straight year and was graded as the best interior defender in the league by PFF. He’s been the team’s leader on defense throughout the dynasty.

8. George Karlaftis: The defensive end keeps getting better, now in his third season after the Chiefs drafted him in the first round in 2022. He led the team with eight sacks in the regular season and has a team-high three sacks in the postseason.

9. Nick Bolton: The fulcrum in the middle of the defense, the inside linebacker led the team with 106 total tackles and 11 tackles for loss in the regular season. He will be key to the effort to contain Saquon Barkley.

10. Trent McDuffie: The Chiefs’ top cornerback was graded second-best at the position by PFF. He’s been everything the Chiefs could have asked for after trading up in the first round to draft him in 2022.

11. Harrison Butker: The Chiefs’ kicker throughout their dynasty, his controversial comments during a commencement speech last offseason made national headlines.

Eagles players

12. Jalen Hurts: The Eagles’ often-criticized quarterback can rise to the elite echelon of signal-callers with a Super Bowl title. He came up just short in 2022-23, falling to the Chiefs in the big game despite playing brilliantly. Can he find revenge?

13. Saquon Barkley: One step away from delivering Giants fans their worst nightmare. The star running back has soared to new heights in his first season with the Eagles after spending the first six years of his career with Big Blue, who drafted him with the No. 2-overall pick in 2018. He won the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year award Thursday.

14. A.J. Brown: The Eagles’ top receiver since they acquired him from the Titans in 2022, he went viral when the broadcast showed him reading Jim Murphy’s “Inner Excellence” motivational book during the team’s wild-card win over the Packers. He likely will be covered by McDuffie, making for an intriguing matchup.

15. DeVonta Smith: Brown’s partner-in-crime, the two form one of the league’s best receiving duos. His speed makes him a constant downfield threat. He’s in his fourth year with the Eagles after they drafted him No. 10 overall in 2021.

16. Cam Jurgens: After playing guard last year, he took over at center this year as Jason Kelce’s successor. Facing nearly impossible shoes to fill, he’s done so valiantly and is key to the Eagles’ tush-push success.

17. Mekhi Becton: The towering 6-foot-7, 363-pound failed Jets tackle, whom they drafted No. 11 overall in 2020, signed with the Eagles this past offseason, shifted over to guard and has since enjoyed a career resurgence.

18. Jalen Carter: He has emerged as one of the league’s best defensive tackles this year, his second after the Eagles drafted him No. 10 overall last year. Considered one of, if not the, best prospects that year, he slid in the draft after he was arrested and charged with reckless driving and racing, in connection with a crash that killed a Georgia teammate and staff member. He pleaded no contest to the charges and avoided jail time.

19. Zack Baun: A rotational edge rusher his four previous years with the Saints, he signed with the Eagles this past offseason in what became one of the best bargains in free agency. They moved him to inside linebacker and he flourished — he was a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year and earned All Pro recognition. He was also PFF’s highest-graded linebacker.

20. Brandon Graham: Old reliable, the 36-year-old defensive tackle is in his 15th season with the Eagles and has been through all their ups-and-downs, including winning the Super Bowl in 2018 and losing the Super Bowl two years ago. He has been out since Nov. 24 with a torn triceps, but he’s hopeful he will suit up on Sunday.

21. C.J. Gardner-Johnson: The safety is instrumental to the best pass defense in the league. He signed a three-year deal with the team this past offseason, returning for his second stint in Philadelphia after spending the 2022-23 season with the Eagles and last year with the Lions.

22. Quinyon Mitchell: The rookie, first-round cornerback has been crucial to the team’s overhaul at the position. He has two interceptions in the postseason, and PFF graded him as the eighth-best corner this year.

23. Jake Elliott: He has nailed countless clutch kicks for the Eagles across his eight years with the team. He did struggle a bit this year, though, with a career-worst 77.8 field goal percentage, which included 1-for-7 from 50-plus yards. He has made all four of his field goal attempts in the postseason, however.

Coaches

24. Andy Reid: The Chiefs’ lovable head coach has a chance to stick it to his old team for a second time. A fourth Super Bowl title would bring him tied with Chuck Noll for second-most among head coaches all time, trailing only Bill Belichick’s six.

25. Steve Spagnuolo: The mastermind defensive coordinator has transformed the unit into one of the league’s best and always seems to have the right play call in the most critical spots. He’s etching his place as one of the greatest coordinators in league history.

26. Nick Sirianni: The Eagles’ provocative head coach has been known to get into shouting matches with fans — even his own team’s faithful — and wears his emotions on his sleeve. He’s certainly not everyone’s cup of tea, but his track record across his four years in charge speaks for itself.

27. Kellen Moore: Likely the latest Eagles assistant to get poached, he will reportedly take the Saints’ head-coaching job following the Super Bowl after just one year as Philadelphia’s offensive coordinator.

28. Vic Fangio: He has been all over the league as a defensive coordinator and assistant, and had a three-year stint as the Broncos’ head coach, but he’s never won a Super Bowl. And at 66 years old, he’s running out of time. He’s overseen a dominant Eagles unit in his first year as defensive coordinator. Oh, and he’s 0-8 against Mahomes in his career.

Broadcasters

29. Kevin Burkhardt: Fox’s top play-by-play commentator will call his second Super Bowl, though this time with a different partner. Mets fans will remember him from his former gig with SNY as the team’s field reporter.

30. Tom Brady: The legendary former quarterback is completing his first of 10 seasons at Fox as the network’s top color analyst. The seven-time Super Bowl champ has improved after a slow transition into the booth.

31. Erin Andrews: The longtime Fox sideline reporter is covering her fourth Super Bowl. She also hosts a popular podcast with Charissa Thompson.

32. Tom Rinaldi: Fox’s other sideline reporter, he joined from ESPN in 2021.
