Christian Siriano’s $200 Capri Sun ‘pouch’ purse to hit Amazon after New York Fashion Week debut

New York Fashion Week got the taste of fun.

Capri Sun partnered with fashion designer Christian Siriano to make millennials’ favorite juice pouch a fashion accessory.

The “Pouch Purse” just made its debut at Siriano’s New York Fashion Week showcase for his Spring/Summer 2026 collection — and customers will soon be able to get their hands on one.

Eager customers can sign up at caprisunpouchpurse.com starting Monday, Sept. 15, at 12 p.m. ET, for exclusive order access.

After signing up, customers will be notified when they can purchase the Pouch Purse on Amazon for $195 while supplies last.

While this collab might cause some to scratch their heads — this isn’t the first time a food brand has strutted down the runway at NYFW, which adds to the downfall of Fashion Week theory.

Designer Kate Barton incorporated the beloved Goldfish crackers into a handbag last September, Mexican-style food chain, Qdoba, brought the “chip core” aesthetic to NYFW with chip pants and this past February, Melke designer Emma Gage debuted a capsule collection in partnership with Hidden Valley Ranch.

However, the inspiration behind this fashion and food love affair is supposedly a little deeper than just some chip pants and crackers in a bag, as Capri Sun wants its OG fans to be able to wear a piece of fashion nostalgia.

“The Pouch Purse transforms the iconic pouch into a fashion-forward accessory, giving our older fans a fresh new way to carry a piece of childhood nostalgia with them. No one could have brought this vision to life better than Christian Siriano,” said Kristina Hannant, director of marketing at Capri Sun, in a statement.

The head-turning clutch is crafted from a sleek, flexible silver material that mimics the recognizable pouch’s squeeze, with a custom monogrammed fabric for the interior lining featuring logos for both Capri Sun and Christian Siriano.

Its zipper is made from actual Capri Sun yellow straws and the bottom of the bag is complete with a rainbow of multi-colored chains creating a color fringe, featuring rhinestone-studded fruit charms.

While Capri Sun has just jumped on this fashion-food bandwagon, making nosh-themed accouterments since the beginning of her career.

“That’s mostly because food is one of the great loves of my life,” the 38-year-old told The Post.

“I think about it all the time, and if I’m not eating, I’m thinking about my next meal. It’s just like, my whole universe is centered around food, so it’s always been a theme in my work,” she said.

“We all have to eat, and then there’s a large population of us who simply adore the act of cooking, eating, food writing — everything,” Korn said. “These drink- or food-inspired bags — or anything, jewelry, clothing, etc. — it really appeals to all the foodies among us.”
