Barret Wertz

As the New York Post Group's Senior Editorial Director of Commerce, Barret Wertz is a lifestyle media veteran with over 15 years of experience in editorial, branded content and celebrity collaborations. Most recently, he was the Managing Editor of men's shopping site Spy under Penske Media. Before that, he served as the Style and Grooming Editor at AskMen and the Style and Grooming Director at Men’s Fitness magazine. Barret has worked with stars including Alicia Keys, Taraji P. Henson, and Sofia Vergara and contributed to publications including GQ, Men’s Health, Essence, Harper’s Bazaar, The Strategist, The Spruce, and Men’s Journal. Off duty, he’s likely daydreaming of being back in Rio beaches or bingeing the latest true crime series with his partner Jake and their senior rescue dogs, Gloria and Mingo.
