MALIBU has put a stop to all the party houses that sprang up on its beaches last year. Residents of the tony enclave were particularly enraged by the Polaroid Beach House, which attracted the cheesy likes of Jessica Simpson, Paris Hilton and thousands of their friends and paparazzi, making parking impossible. Now, Malibu refuses to give anyone permits – so the party houses have moved to the Hollywood Hills. Cyclops.tv is sponsoring one called Haute House LA, which will stream its visitors live on the Web.
