$1M hole-in-one

The rich got richer — and the lucky got luckier — at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor the other day when Marty Greenberg, former chairman of the Commodities Exchange, hit a hole-in-one for $1 million. Greenberg was playing in the 12th Alonzo Mourning Charities Tournament, where no one had ever hit a hole-in-one before on the Par 3 13th hole to claim the seven-figure prize. While many golfers die before they ever hit a hole-in-one, Greenberg had done it twice before. Hitting a 7 iron, his drive went 150 yards right into the cup. “I’ve been lucky three times,” he said.
