There are some movies I have to be talked into seeing and others that simply grab me from the minute their trailer finishes playing for the first time. “Hereafter” definitely falls into the latter group.
I was previously so ambivalent about director Clint Eastwood’s latest movie that I didn’t even include it on PopWrap’s 21 Must See Fall Movies. Big mistake. Big. Huge. Much like the tidal wave that decimates a village in one of the movie’s three vignettes, which all are connected by Matt Damon’s character, a semi-retired psychic.
Just watch. Trust me, come October 22 you’ll be right there with me in the theater.
