The Gramercy Park Hotel will roll out the next season of its late-night Rose Bar Sessions with a big Broadway voice on Monday. Liza Minnelli will perform songs from her upcoming album, “Confessions.” Minnelli’s performance could mark a softer tone to the super-secret concerts in the hotel bar. The last round of Rose Bar sessions brought in rockers Axl Rose, Dave Navarro and Slash.
