Mariah Carey channels past iconic looks for W Magazine cover

It’s not Christmas until Mariah Carey sings.

The “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer is ushering in the holiday season with a W Magazine spread paying tribute to her most iconic Y2K looks.

The “Meaning of Mariah Carey” memoirist, who refuses to reveal her age (telling W “I’m essentially 12”) gave part of her interview from her tub in true “diva” form.

And she leaned into her past, wearing a white tank top and a pair of unbuttoned jeans on the cover.

The “Heartbreaker” hitmaker shared the photos on Twitter and fans loved the nostalgic ensembles, with the front cover in low-rise unbuttoned jeans reminiscent of the “Rainbow” era. 

“OKAY MARIAH BENJAMIN BUTTON CAREY!” one commenter quipped. 

The mom of twins, Moroccan and Monroe, 11, paid homage to her “Daydream” era in a Ralph Lauren set of silk black pants and a matching button down and followers quickly took notice.

“Throwback to Daydreamriah ☁️🖤,” one wrote, posting a side-by-side picture proving the diva does not age.

“You thought we wouldn’t notice 🥹😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 OMG,” another supporter wrote about the same look.

Another Carey stan noted “daydream and butterfly references 🥺🥺🥺” for a photo in which she wears a Miu Miu skirt and pale yellow fur jacket by the designer, although for the recent pictures, she swaps the tube top to for an Intimissimi tank.
