Billie Eilish heats up the Met Gala red carpet in sheer black gown

Leave it to Billie Eilish to shake up the Met Gala 2023 red carpet.

The 21-year-old Grammy winner attended Vogue’s annual high-fashion ball for the third year in a row Monday, giving off goth vibes as she wore a sheer lace Simone Rocha dress.

Eilish wore the high-necked, sheer frock over a black satin Agent Provocateur corset ($755), pairing the look with matching beaded elbow-length gloves and a long, ribbon-trimmed braid.

Her look for the called for “gilded glamour.”

In 2021, Eilish made her Met Gala debut — and signature baggy style.

She paired her princess-like tulle dress with 30-plus pieces of Cartier jewelry — the most anyone has ever worn in one sitting, as the brand shared at the time.

While discussing her voluminous gown in a Vogue video, the Grammy winner said low self-esteem played a part in her fashion choices over the years.

“Big dresses were my favorite thing when I was a kid,” she said in the clip while preparing for the 2021 event.

“I had so many dresses. I would wear a dress every single day. It’s really body image that tore that s—t down. Why do you think I’ve been dressing the way I have for years?”
